When I was 8 years old, I'd be playing with the Lego and I’d ‘build’ a band and play music in the background and the band would come to life! I’ve always had a huge fascination for music.
When I turned 13, I composed my first song on my mom’s pc and not much later performed as a DJ at my birthday party with just 1 CD player and just 2 CDs!
A childhood friend had the same passion and we decided to start a DJ duo. We played at birthdays, school parties, graduation parties, you name it. His lovely mother would drive us everywhere with our equipment and pick us up, late at night. It was such a wonderful time!
After a while, we became resident DJs in one of the popular bars, which would later be my step towards the clubs; back in the day I played under the name of D@ve Lee.
After 8 years of DJing every weekend, I came to a crossroads where I had to choose between music and football, I decided to choose the latter and stopped being an active DJ in 2004. At the end of 2018 we had a reunion of one of the clubs where I used to be a resident DJ and I fell in love again and decided to revive my DJ career. Many years had passed and I had to reinvent myself as a DJ and my sound.
At the beginning of 2019, I got the opportunity to start as resident DJ at Brandsøn in Maastricht. Shortly afterwards, I was playing in Turkey at the DoubleTree Hitlon and Club Inferno Mania.
In the following years I have spent more and more time in my music studio, working on many unfinished songs. In 2021 I started my collaboration with the composer Aftermyth and ‘Leap of Faith’ became the first result of this creative journey. A new producer duo was born.
2022 will be an exciting, new journey with more cool gigs and songs to come!
